Jackie's Cream Cheese Cake

Filling Ingredients:

  • 16 oz. cream cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 20 oz. sour cream
Crust Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed zwieback or graham cracker
  • 4 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 5-6 Tablespoons butter, melted

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 375°.
  • Beat cream cheese with fork or in mixer until completely smooth.
  • Add eggs and mix well.
  • Add remaining filling ingredients and mix well.
  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, cinnamon and butter.
  • Push crumb mixture into Springform pie pan.
  • Bake 2 minutes at 375°.
  • Place filling into baked crust.
  • Bake 25-35 minutes at 375°.
