Litigation Activities
Representation of defendants in federal criminal prosecutions: I represented over 100s of defendants during my tenure at Hofstra Law School. These cases have permitted me to try almost two jury trials each year in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and have caused me to appear regularly in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
Arbitrator in personal injury cases.
