Vice President (Division Training Manager) 1982 - 1985Responsible for the curriculum design and implementation of the entry level Operations Management and Systems Training Programs. Over 400 college graduates were certified for further management development. Managed a staff of 20 professionals, administrators and technical instructors as well as a consulting staff hired to teach specific courses.
Assistant Vice President (Systems & Data Processing) 1979 - 1982Responsible for managing a staff of 30 programmer/analysts who designed, implemented and maintained several automated systems supporting the Bank's cash management services such as Money Transfer, Wire & Cable, Swift and Clearing House Interfaces. (Transactions amounted to over $200 billion/day).
Assistant Secretary (Systems Training Manager) 1976 - 1979 Responsible for all training related to the development of systems professionals. Administered self instruction courses, graded unit tests, selected and administered programming aptitude tests, and designed an automated data base attendance system for internal/external courses. Operations Research Analyst 1974 - 1976Used both programming and mathematics skills to develop quantitative models for the Bank's loan and lease portfolio, designed data base systems using timesharing services along with several programming languages (FORTRAN, Basic and Financial Modeling software).
Senior Programmer/Analyst 1967 - 1974Trained in using IBM's PL/I programming language. Programmed various banking applications such as payroll, auditing, time deposits and personnel systems. From '67-'70 worked as a manual methods analyst obtaining statistical information about work flow and made recommendations for improving efficiency and effectiveness.
