CURRENT POSITIONS:

ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR: Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Hofstra University, Hempstead, NY. Teach graduate & undergraduate classes (Industrial Psychology, Research Methodology in Psychology, Personnel Selection, Research and Internship in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology). Supervise student research. Maintain research program in the area of Industrial/ Organizational Psychology.

CO-DIRECTOR, M.A. PROGRAM: Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Hofstra University, Hempstead, NY. Activities include advisement of graduate students, evaluation of program applicants, recommending curriculum changes, outcomes assessment and program evaluation.

INDEPENDENT CONSULTANT: Worked on a variety of projects including the assessment of sales professionals, implementation of self-managed teams, training evaluation, customer satisfaction and needs analysis. Companies include Hofstra University Business Development Center, Center for Organizational Excellence, Long Island Board of Realtors, AT & T, Case Corporation, Pass & Seymour, St. Francis Hospital, and Thomas Cook.
